*Unable to turn on and charge
If the watch does not turn on when you receive it, it may be that a collision during the transportation leads to the protection of the battery board. Charge the watch to activate it. If the watch battery is too low, or cannot turn on for being not used for a long time, please charge it for more than half an hour to activate it.
Notice: Please use wireless charger with 5V 1A adapter,otherwise it will lead to damage of the wireless charging cable.
